Droog Design - Dutch Conceptual Lighting & Furniture

Droog Design has redefined the boundaries between product design, art and cultural provocation since its founding in Amsterdam in 1993 by Renny Ramakers and Gijs Bakker. The collection includes Tejo Remy's Milkbottle Lamp - a cluster of repurposed glass bottles that became one of the most exhibited design objects of the past thirty years - the Do Hit Chair, 85 Chandelier, Rag Chair, Clothes Hanger Lamp and Slow Glow Lamp. Droog pieces are in the permanent collections of MoMA, the V&A and the Stedelijk Museum.
