Orders Shipping and Return Policy

We try to process all order within a few business days. All orders ship via UPS Ground or via USPS. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer to cut down on shipping and transit time. Occasionally some products are on backorder or have a longer waiting period before the order will ship. These products will ship as soon as they become available from the manufacturer. Products that are on backorder or which are a special order are pre-paid at the time the order was placed, this will help to gurantee that the manufacturer will fulfill the allocated backorder.

Many products come in various configurations, colors and options, These items are “Special Order” (Made to Order) and are not covered under our return policy.

Returns

Elgible Merchandise purchased from Surrounding may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, within 5 days of receipt of the goods. You must contact Surrounding to inform them that you would like to return an item. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and in an unopened box. A 30% to 50% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise. Only certain products are elgible for a return authorization special orders are excluded.

Special Orders - (Made to Order or Custom Orders) are not covered under the return policy. These products are custom made to your specification, (size, color, style, finish, fabric) or are products that are specially imported for you. For the purposes of the return policy, “Custom Orders” shall be constructed to apply to ALL products in the Emeco, Knoll Imago, Artifort, Modern Classics, Moooi, Resolute, Axo, Modiss, Ameico, Jielde, Conmoto, Watches & Jewelery and Oluce, Ogus Design and Jielde, brand lines. These products are Non Returnable and can not be exchanged or returned.

Special Discounts - Extra discounted orders or products on sale are not covered under the return policy. This exclusion from the return policy shall also apply to any merchandise purchased or won through a third party site.
