Corrubedo Wall Lamp by Fontana Arte is a new wall fixture that can be mounted in various directions. Finished in either Glossy White or in Mirrored White. The diffuser which is located on the edge is finished in sand blasted borosilicate glass. Corrubedo is Designed by David Chipperfield, 2006
Fontana Arte was founded in 1932 by the architect Gio Ponti. In the early years Fontana Arte was knows for its advanced glass making and stained glass applications. Gio Ponti designed the first glass lighting and interior applications in collaboration with Pietro Chiesa. Today the Fontana Arte collection includes design by Max Ingrand, David Chipperfield, Vico Magistretti, Franco Raggi. Foster & Parnters, Charles Williams. The Fontana Arte Lighting collection includes such classics like Falena, Flute, A Max, Duplex, Sillaba, Fontana, Lampara, and 2198TA.
